There are two distinct programs designed to develop and engage players in every aspect of the game.
Our on-ice skills program is designed to sharpen the exact skills players rely on in game-time situations. Through breaking down the skating stride and challenging the athletes to stretch their limits to become stronger, more efficient skaters. Athletes will also improve in puck control, picking corners and passing the puck tape to tape by getting their heads up. The focus is on translating confident practices into effective performance when it matters most.

OFF-ICE
COMING SOON! The off-ice skills program is built to enhance the physical and mental skills that directly impact game performance. We will focus on breaking down shooting technique and stick handling drills to ensure they are practicing with the correct form. Apart of the session will include bodyweight strength training, speed and agility work, and conditioning. Our goal for the athletes is to improve power, balance, reaction time, and overall athleticism. The focus is on preparing players’ bodies for faster, stronger, and more consistent play on-ice.
